Basically you can add several rewrite rules as I did below. The first is for the page articles_read.php where i'm passing parameters ?id=[0-9]+&title=[0-9]+

It matches these parameters by indicating a regex of numbers for id and alphanumeric for title. The same follows for event_view.php
